Evermed’s pricing has three components:

One-Time Implementation Fee

Covers everything required to launch your library within about 90 days, including content preparation, platform configuration, integrations, and initial monetization setup.

Annual Platform, Support, and Services Fee

Year-Round

Covers the software license and the ongoing services required to operate and continuously improve your library year-round. All annual tiers are complete by design and not stripped down.

Optional Add-Ons

As Needed

Optional services such as iOS and Android mobile apps, subtitles in other languages, or additional content editing can be added as needed and scoped separately.

In most cases, no. Most agreements include unlimited users and unlimited content.

We also support you continuously with content uploads, metadata management, quality control, and optimization, so your team is not burdened with ongoing content operations.
